Trainer Sumiko needs to get a naked Nicole into shape!  It has been several years since 46 year old Nicole has had a proper workout.  They warm up a little with stretching.  The next 45 minutes is Sumiko spotting Nicole in squats, bicep curls, L-raises, jumping jacks, step ups, shoulder presses, mountain climbers, and crunches.  A sweaty, nude Nicole has gotten her heart rate going!!!
