FOLEY CATHETER PLAY with talking about my feelings and my first xperience :D Ok, inflating catheter balloon to let cathter stay inside of my pee hole. Step Filling bladder with water. Slowly with warm, clean water. About 300 ml. Feeling desperate and frustrated.

Step 2 is massaging my bladder after the filling. Playing with the catheter during this time.

Step 3 is to push and pull water from the bladder. Do this 5-6 times until I feel i can't hold the pee anymore.

Step 4 will be drain the small ballon and draw out the catheter slowly while holding all the pee in.

Step 5 will be try to pee, but have a sound ready to plug peehole. So as soon as the pee comes out, I plug my peehole with the sound and stop the flow. Do this a few times until my bladder is empty.
