I had a few requests to see how long I could hold my breath for in the bath. I decided to test it out and see - I used to be able to swim an entire length of a swimming pool underwater, so I know I have strong lungs. At first I splutter a little as water goes up my nose, but later I'm successful while holding my nose, finally managing almost a minute under the water. It is very relaxing and peaceful, all I can hear is my heartbeat with my head under the water.
