I'm a member of an alien race that created a breeding class to help recover their population. Once my kind reaches a certain age, a sort of biological clock is triggered and we become pregnant asexually. My belly fills up with hundreds of tiny "eggs." The process yields a large amount of new borns, but it comes at the cost of the mother's belly bursting open. I've been engineered to sort of want this and enjoy the feeling. I rub my belly talk about what's happening once it "starts." I lay down... writhe and moan and breathe, touch my stretch marks a little and my navel, mentioning I feel a lot of pressure there as my stomach bloats, filling with new life. I pant with the labor, both eager and afraid of the process
