Help! I don't know how I got here...but I'm handcuffed on a balcony!

I can't call for my help because of the ball gag in my mouth, and the mysterious person who took me is hovering near! I fidget, trying to figure out how to escape, my shiny pantyhose and satin panties exposed as I struggle, shifting this way and that. The sound of cars driving by and barking only increases my desperation.

How will I ever escape?
