We had the longest hike through the forest. Surrounded only by birdsong, trees and plants we nearly got lost until we stumbled into a remote watchtower. You think we could trek a little longer and reach town in under an hour but I protest. My feet absolutely need a rest. Have you seen these hiking boots? Covered in dirt all over, they are in terribly muddy condition. This might take a while, I say, just wait until you'll smell those sweaty socks. Ufff, the socks look absolutely filthy too. You can't expect me to walk in these dirty socks, do you? Better get to licking that foot sweat off....
