In this episode we have a special arrangement! Since our state has put out a Safer At Home act some of our friends are self isolating and so are not physically present at our game. Jade Northbook was skyping in and out during the game and we have a new friend joining us as well! Our newest model is named J Meadows! Since this is her first game we took things a little slower.

We have just completed the first test for Bloo to become aligned with the goddess of the hunt and the moon. The second test involves going to an altar and breaking it down. As we head into the cave where the altar is, a huge dire wolf comes charging out at us. Al senses that it might be a druid and Kyro talks with the wolf telepathically. The druid does not speak even in her human form and communicates mainly through grunts and expressions. She does not tell us her name so we have nicknamed her New Girl. After a long battle we take down the priest gnolls and head back to the sphinx to tell her we have completed the task. The sphinx tells Bloo that he must hunt in order to maintain his pact to the goddess but there are no more tests needed. She sends us to a castle that is built on top of the protection line and suggests that we free the beasts that reside there. They might help us find more information about Sarich. As we enter the castle we can see only workmen around being led by several foremen. We question a few of them before tricking one and getting into the inner gate. While Bloo talks to the guard for a very long time Kyro telepathically conspires with New Girl on how they can climb up the castle wall and get inside without being spotted. They disappear into the crowd together. Bloo and Al are left to themselves and as the nightly party starts Al follows the workers while Bloo disguises himself as a guard. Kyro ties himself to New Girl who is now a panther and they scale the castle wall and enter in the 2nd floor. As Kyro and Panther find 3 doors with magical seals (one is broken open) Bloo and Al manage to get themselves inside the castle by invitation. Al falls under a magical spell and finds herself in lingerie, being pet on the head by a large tiger humanoid, known as a Rakshasha (Rak). The Rak notices Bloo and takes away his disguise, questioning him about why he is here and who else he is with. Meanwhile, Kyro and Panther break into the magicall sealed rooms finding strange beings who claim they are sisters but do not appear to be related because of race. Of course they agree on a good cop/bad cop approach and get one of them to reveal themselves as a night hag, bound by magical rope that cannot be cut. Back downstairs, Bloo has discovered that Sarich IS the philactory and he needs soul worms in order to stay alive. Rak provides him with the soul worms he needs. Rak and Bloo come to an agreement that if a Jade cat statue is brought to Rak, Sarich will not be given any more soul worms. Kyro and Panther have discovered that the night hags are being held captive so that their sisters continue to trade with Rak. If Kyro and Panther can come back and rescue them then they will never trade with Rak again and could be persuaded to fight back against his castle. At the end of the night we all regroup and share all the information we know. We decide to head towards Frostgate and do some research into the night hags, and the jade statue to see which plan is better suited for our travels.
