POV: i am at the store stocking up on pampers cruisers and other nannying supplies and Pew! i smell the indistinguishable smell of stinky pamper based on what i know from my nannying experiences. i then sniff around and follow the smell to YOU (adultbby) and see you have a huge load in your saggy diaper. Noticing you are by yourself, i ask you if you made a stinky which you try to deny.
i then come up to do an elaborate check, pulling the waistband of your diap back to smell and take a peek down the back of your stinky pamper up close!!! i react accordingly to make a point.
Luckily, since i'm a nanny, i know just how to handle stinky ones who make big smelly stinkies in their pampers! As i get the diapering supplies, you try and scurry away to go and try and hide from me! but i find you again from the smell and then parade you in your stinky pampers through the store in front of other girls, shooooo! Stinky bby coming through! embarrassing you and even having them smell your stinky pampers themselves up close. i even ask them what their favorite stinky pamper check/change phrases are and i tell them mine.
i then change your stinky pamper in the open store to humiliate you Phewie! and make a big scene as i tease you, powder you to make it smell better. Even after putting you in a fresh pamper and wrapping up/throwing the stinky pamper away it in the trash (rolling it up and smelling it up close like last time) it still smells like stinky pampers!

notes: lots of up close mocking/loving/humiliating stinky talk (in a very over the top cutesy higher pitched kind of way (not mean/stern) where face is closer to the camera and i make shocked stinky faces, comments, reactions, exaggerations on the smell - Lots of you making the stinky face, wrinkling my nose, handwaving, holding/pinching nose, sniffing thrown in etc., referring to your diapers as your stinky pampers/, calling you stinky nicknames (Mr. Stinky Pampers, Mr poopoopants, PU Pants, smelly butt, etc)
