ROXIE RAE was in charge of COSTUMES this year and she decided her and her girlfriends will be the 'Village People' the iconic singing group. ROXIE ordered all the PANTIES and COSTUMES from the internet and has met with her girlfriends after getting ready so they can party. The only problem is, ROXIE'S friends are not happy with her. ROXANNE, KENDRA, and CARMEN surround ROXIE complaining about their PANTIES and COSTUMES - they don't fit right, they are ugly, and so on. ROXIE can't take the girls yelling at her and tells them to stop, but they don't, instead they give ROXIE a huge WEDGIE. ROXIE screams as she falls over and the girls ridicule her for missing 2 people and purchasing awful COSTUMES. ROXIE STRUGGLES to get out of the WEDGIE as the girls pull her PANTIES harder and tighter and higher. ROXIE can't take it and grabs for PANTIES too. The girls can't tell who is giving who WEDGIES and start to WEDGIE each other everyone in a WEDGIE COSTUME CAT FIGHT. If the girls COSTUMES were bad before they won't be right after this WEDGIE FIGHT for sure; and ROXIE did ruin HALLOWEEN.
