I'm relaxing on a hotel balcony with a coffee and my first cigarette of the day. I sip from the coffee and take long heavy inhales from the cigarette, drawing the smoke deep into my lungs and breathing it out in plumes. You can see my red lips seal around the cigarette as I luxuriate with two of my favourite things: smoking and coffee.
